RECOGNISE · NURTURE · LEAD

Recognition is a Beginning,
Not a Finish Line.

The Seed Award recognises emerging talent. Fieldwork is what continues after, helping recipients turn that recognition into lasting growth.

1

Recognise

The Seed Award recognises students who demonstrate the 5 Designer Qualities, across disciplines and beyond grades.

2

Nurture

Fieldwork helps recipients keep growing, through workshops, exchanges and sessions with industry, throughout the year.

3

Lead

Recipients connect across schools and industry, building the relationships and confidence to help shape design in the years ahead.

Why it matters

The Award is Recognition.
Fieldwork is What Comes Next.

  • Extend your students’ growth with industry exposure and a community beyond the classroom.
  • Work alongside DBCS and industry to keep developing your talent after they graduate.
  • Connect your students with peers and practitioners
    from across Singapore’s design community.
